Meeting (AGM) of the Club as per below timings:

4. Board annual report and financial statements

5. Confrimation of Board Members

6. Election of Board Officers

All club members (Juniors/Seniors/Midweek) are encouraged to be part of it as the outcomes would be of impact to the overall club management. The overall meeting shouldnt go beyond 45mins.
